A: We provide free poly bags for all metal business cards individually packaged, if you need other packaging methods, we offer white and black paper bags for a small fee.

A: You can adjust the design or even cancel your order at any point before production begins. We will collaborate with you on your product design until you are delighted. If the mistake lies in the artwork you provided with your order, we will assist you in reprinting the cards. However, please be aware that additional charges will apply for the extra work, materials, and shipping.

A: 10 business days for production + 3 to 5 days shipping, which is the range of working days it will take to print, manufacture, and ship your item once you finalize the final design for your piece. The production time starts from the proof approval, we do the first proof within 24 hours, and modify the proof within 12 hours. We promise to deliver it on time.
