General

Are the cards laser etched?

No. All of our cards are etched in an environmentally responsible and highly efficient chemical process.

Do you do color?

On stainless steel, this isn't neccesary, as the etched areas are uniformly lighter than the non etched ones. They create a distinct contrast on their own.

On Brass and Copper cards, we apply a patina darkening to the etched areas to contrast them with the non etched ones.

What if I want to order more than 350 cards?

What is a typical turn around time?

4-6 days, plus shipping.

Can you design my card for me?

Yes. Add the full service option to your cart, plus the quantity of cards you want from this page.

How do I submit a design?

Submit your design here.

What happens if there is an issue with my design?

If there is any issue with your submission, a designer will make slight revisions, and send you a proof before continuing.

Can I speak directly to the designer in charge of my cards?

Yes, our designers are available from 8AM-12PM and 1:30PM-3:30PM (PST) Monday-Friday at 206-634-1618. Or you can email us.

Shipping

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free on orders of 150 or more. 50 pack order usually cost $15-25 depending on destination and shipping type.

Where do the cards ship from?

They are shipped directly from our shop in Seattle, Washington.

How long does it take to get my cards?

It takes around 5-10 business days to make the cards ship them.
